Search All Content
The simple search functionality has been enhanced to search across all content, including Reference, News, Journals, Legislation, Cases and Legal Timetable. This will help you find what you need, with a single search.
Search results have also been improved to clarify the source of the results. Your search results will now be grouped by content type (e.g. Reference, News, Journals etc.) in clearly marked sections. You can also filter your results to show only one specific content type, by using a drop-down menu. Find what you are looking for, quickly and easily.
Fixed View Headings
View headings are now fixed at the top of the screen. This means that, when you scroll down while reviewing your search results, you will still be able to navigate between views, without having to return to the top of the screen or returning to the start of the topic.
Document Downloads
All model documents can now be downloaded into a Rich Text Format (RTF). This will allow you to edit, brand and use your model documents with any word processor (e.g. Microsoft Word).
Consult GEE Health and Safety
British Standards online:
Thirty of the most requested key British Standards have been added to the Consult GEE Health and Safety service. These include standards on the following areas:
- Computer workstations, office furniture and seating
- Fire safety
- Health and safety management
- Personal protective equipment
- Quality management
- Safety signs
- Security
These are available under Guidance on the toolbar and also through the new Quick Links box on the homepage. The full text of the Standards is available in pdf format and can be viewed chronologically or by subject listing.
Consult GEE Human Resources
Key HR Information at your Fingertips
Consult GEE has created straightforward, easy-to-use content for users of Consult GEE HR. This will provide quick access to important information: appearing in the 'quick links' section, Key HR Information about statutory minimum requirements, key dates etc., will be more readily accessible.
HR Online Courses
Ten key HR-related courses from NETg, the interactive online learning provider, can be included on the Consult GEE Human Resources service.
The facility for interactive learning any time, any place and at any pace is available from Consult GEE under Guidance in the toolbar and also through the quick links box on the homepage. It is therefore possible to commence a course and complete it at a later date and, as location is not an issue with NETg, you can streamline training across all sites.
