Employment Document Audit
The Audit is a thorough health check of your employment documents that is structured to meet your requirements. There are three simple stages:
- A consultant will visit you to understand your business and HR objectives and to review your documents (employee contracts/terms and conditions, HR policies and employee handbook).
- The consultant will carry out a complete audit of your documentation off site, making amendments and bringing all your documentation completely up-to-date, ensuring your contracts and policies conform to current legislation and best practice. The consultant will anticipate forthcoming legislation where feasible to ensure that the work is as current as possible. This service is provided electronically so that it is easy to maintain and make available to line managers and employees.
