Employment Tribunal Representation
Tribunal support covers all areas surrounding a tribunal claim. The service includes client visits, interviewing of witnesses, all necessary preparatory and research work, liaison with ACAS and the Employment Tribunal Office, and representation at the hearing. Handled by experienced consultants, the service is routinely far less costly than the equivalent work from a solicitor or barrister.

- The administration of the claim through the tribunal, discussions and negotiations through the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS) will be carried out on your behalf by the consultant, in accordance with instructions.
- All witnesses will be briefed fully and prepared if necessary prior to their attendance at the hearing.
- If the matter results in a hearing, the consultant will represent you at the hearing, advise on which company witnesses should attend, and prepare the evidence.
