Health & Safety Document Audit
The Health & Safety Document Audit is a thorough health check of your health & safety documents and is structured to meet your individual requirements. There are 3 simple stages:
- A consultant will contact you to discuss and understand your business and health & safety objectives and to review your documents (health and safety policy, procedures, safe working practice guidance notes and risk assessments).
- The consultant will conduct a complete audit of your documentation off-site and make amendments, focusing on the twenty documents of most importance to your business activity. The consultant will update and amend your documentation for you to ensure that it conforms to current legislation and best practice and make certain the end result is right for your business. The documentation is provided electronically so that it is easy to maintain and distribute. The consultant will also anticipate forthcoming legislation where possible to ensure that the work is up-to-date for the maximum period of time.
- A detailed health & safety report providing a practical and easy-to-implement action plan. Areas where improvements are needed to meet both legal and best practice requirements will be explained, with priorities and timelines made clear.
- A follow-up phone call to explain the implications of the changes and to provide advice on their implementation in your organisation.
