Food Safety

Under current food hygiene regulations, enforcement officers have the power to close food premises immediately where they find that there is an imminent risk of injury to health. By working on site with you, one of our consultants will assess any risks inherent in your processes and premises, and any hazards resulting from food being produced or served.

The aim of our work for you will be to ensure that you are in a position to take all reasonable steps to maximize food safety and avoid committing an offence.
