These sample policies, risk assessments, check lists, audit templates and practical action plans are ready to use and updated whenever the law changes 24-hour Telephone Advice Line and Email Service Obtain an answer to your health & safety issues from a highly qualified consultant, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Premises Health & Safety Audit The Consult GEE Health & Safety Audit is a thorough on-site review of your premises and business activities and an assessment of your health & safety documentation to establish whether your organisation is legally compliant and reflects industry best practice. It is carried out by a member of our highly experienced consultancy team. The aim of the audit is to ensure that your working practices are safe, compliant and consistently adhered to across your site, by all employees, contractors and visitors. There are four elements:- A full audit of risks within your premises and business activities to assess legal compliance in all areas, including electrical, gas, water, visitors, contractors and fire. This visit provides informal coaching, where the consultant will explain the risks and how well your organisation meets its requirements.
- An assessment of your health & safety documentation to establish how effectively you comply with legislation and best practice.
- A detailed health & safety report providing a practical and easy-to-implement action plan. Areas where improvements are needed to meet both legal and best practice requirements will be explained, with priorities and timelines made clear.
- A follow-up telephone session to discuss the report and answer any questions you may have regarding the audit and action plan.
