Consult GEE Connect is a policies and procedures management system. It will minimise internal and external costs associated with employment disputes and litigation, by providing you with proof that employees have received, read and understood specific communications.
It can be difficult to measure whether employees have understood or even read a communication that is sent by post, email or posted on an intranet. Paper is not secure, posting on an intranet only makes the information available and an email read receipt does not guarantee a communication has been read and understood - only opened. Distribution and auditing can be both complex and costly.

How does it work?
Step one
An email is sent to employees notifying them of a new policy/procedure/assessment. A link within the email directs the
employee to an inbox detailing the items needing their attention.

The employee then reads/actions the document and confirms that they have read and understood it. Communications can include a knowledge assessment to prove understanding (and highlight training needs). The item is then moved into a personal library structure available for the employee to view at any time. Certificates can be issued to promote employee recognition. If no confirmation is returned by the employee, the sender will be notified.

Reports are produced detailing the record of actions within the entire organisation, specific department or individual employees.
